Stop, drop and workout!

It’s hard to stay on track when you’re traveling, but the good news is that it’s easy to fit in an All or Something workout while waiting to board your flight.

This awesome exercise comes courtesy of one the Seattle U golfers who took advantage of the open space in the Phoenix airport today to squeeze a few reps in.

The idea is to take your duffle bag and create some ground force to spin in up into your arms, then do a squat.  This was the first time I had ever tried this and I have to say, it was pretty awesome!  I may even pack a duffle bag with me tomorrow to the gym to add it in to my workout.
