Treadmill Workout Finisher

Just stopping in tonight to share a fun challenge I did to finish off my workout this morning!

You can adjust the incline and speed for whatever level you are at. This could even work if you were doing a brisk walking pace.

The goal is to get a little uncomfortable though, so don’t be afraid to push your limits and empty the tank!
