Cardio Challenge Alert

I did this routine this morning and loved it! You could do anything you want for the sprint portion. I used the treadmill at 8.5 speed and 2 incline. A rower or bike would be awesome as well.

Make sure to push yourself at an appropriate level, but you do want to venture into the uncomfortable 🙂
