All you need is your own bodyweight and some stairs

Simple as that……here are four exercises I did today while watching some netflix.

  • Pushups
  • Bulgarian Split Squat
  • Side Plank Abduction
  • Lateral Lunge

And to make it a little more fun I did this as a pyramid starting at 5 reps, then 8, 12, back to 8 and finishing again with 5.

It went by quick, my heart rate increased, and some sweat began to fall!  Considering how lazy I was feeling today from being sick this past week, it felt good to get my muscles firing again.

Back to the office tomorrow where I will start doing some more prep work for a tournament I am playing in 10 days.  Yes, there is a lot you can do in the gym to make sure your body peaks at the right time on the golf course.  I’m excited to bring you some of those workouts this week!
