Kettlebells and Core, a sweaty combo!

I’m bring you today another variation on a workout I posted form Vegas last week.  The goal is to set a time for 20 minutes and go through the exercises as fast and safely as you can!  I was able to average a 135 heart rate during this today which is crazy for me but also felt awesome.  Give this one a try!

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 5 Pushups (sorry for the terrible form in the video, my neck injury is making those pretty tough for me right now!)
  • 10 1 Arm Kettlebell Swings R/L
  • 5 Side Plank Abductions R/L
  • 10 Kettlebell Cleans
  • 10 Shoulder Retractions
  • 10 Modified Burpess with a 180 quick turn.  (I like to freeze when I jump my feet out just secure my neutral spine and form)

As with every workout, take the time to make sure your form is correct, better to do one less round because you are being diligent then speeding through and causing harm.
