Just stopping in tonight to share with you this super simple Kettlebell circuit that I used this morning as part of my warm up at the golf course!
It’s nothing fancy, just a good old fashion way of getting the hips moving, stability engaged, and body temperature up.
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 8 Reverse Lunges R/L
- 15 Kettlebell Cleans
- 8 One Leg RDL R/L
- 20 Lateral Bounds
Repeat this 4-6 times
