Today was an early morning, followed by one of the scariest landings I’ve ever experienced and then an adventurous practice round in 20-30 mph wind! We’re in Riverside, Ca the next few days for UC Riverside’s golf tournament and I am so excited to be here with the SU Women’s Team. Here are a few pictures from today:

Today’s exercise of choice? Balancing in a 30 mph wind! Not only was it fun, but it keeps your body guessing and adjusting to the conditions. Give it a try next time the wind kicks up!
First round kicks off tomorrow at 7:30am, 36 holes continuous play!
Go Redhawks!!

I'm Shawn, Performance Coach at Golfletica in Bellevue, Wa. I specialize in bringing out the awesome in athletes, especially golfers. 13 years ago I graduated from the home of the 2010 FCS Football Champions (Go Eags!) with a degree in Exercise Science and a broken down body from playing college golf. That lead to my mission to help the world move better, with less pain and killer dance moves. Thanks to the help of my partner in crime Dr. Harry Sese, not only am I playing pain free golf but I get to witness lives change everyday through the power of teamwork.
